1. Open the ESET Control Center
2. Click on Update
3. Click on Setup
4. Enter your password
5. The User Name is shown under Location

1. On your original ESET packaging
   or
2. On your WinBook or PowerSpec computer
   or
3. In a renewal email from ESET
