Micro Center offers online order service available within 18 minutes during selected store hours.* To take advantage of in-store pickup, follow these steps during online checkout:
- Select IN-STORE PICKUP from the drop down menu in your shopping cart
- Select the store location where you'd like to pick up your
order. If you've already selected your your favorite Micro Center location, it will be selected in your cart.
- Continue through our "Safe Shopping" checkout procedure
PLEASE NOTE! To pick up your merchandise, you will need to provide the actual credit card used to make the purchase.
In-store pickup is for in-stock items only. You must choose to have all your purchases delivered or picked up. Should you choose to have some items delivered, and want to pick up the other items, you will need to place two separate orders.
To pick up your items at the store:
- After you have placed your pickup order, you will receive
an email acknowledging receipt of that order.
- When the store you have selected has your order ready,
you will receive a confirmation email. Your credit card
will be charged at this time.
- When you are ready to check out, proceed to the front of the store and look for the sign indicating Internet Order In-store Pickup Here. You will need to pick up your items within 2 calendar
days. If you have not picked up your items within
2 calendar days, your order will be cancelled.
Note: When using a debit card, the issuing bank determines when to release the hold on the dollar amount if your order is cancelled (not picked up or the product is not available).
| In-store Pickup Steps for Success
1) Present the email confirmation of your order.
2) Provide the actual credit card used to make the purchase and picture ID.
3) Acknowledge receipt of your merchandise with your signature. To ensure the security of your online purchases, only the person whose name is listed on the credit card may pick up the merchandise at the store. |

How do I purchase in-store pickup items online?
When you are ready to checkout, select IN-STORE PICKUP from the drop down menu.
Next, choose the store location where you'd like to pick up your
order, then continue through our "Safe Shopping" checkout procedure as normal.
Where do I pick up my order?
When you are ready to check out, proceed to the front of the store and look for the sign indicating Internet Order In-store Pickup Here. You will need a valid government-issued ID, your credit card, and a copy of your confirmation email to retrieve your items.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
To protect your information, only an authorized user on your account can pick up the order.
They will also be required to provide a valid government-issued ID plus a copy of the confirmation email.
What if my order isn't ready in 18 minutes?
Please wait for your Pickup Order Confirmation email before proceeding to pick up your items. Micro Center will make every effort to complete your order on time, but we do not guarantee that all orders will be ready within the 18 minute time frame.
What if I can't pick up my order?
Your order will remain on hold for 2 days. After the order has expired, your items will automatically be returned and your credit card payment refunded.
*Select hours (all times local):
10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mon. - Sat.
11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays. The 18 minute order processing begins at the time the order was placed online. Micro Center does not guarantee that all orders will be complete within this designated time frame. Check your Pickup Order Confirmation email for details. Out-of-stock items will be cancelled.
